It’s been over a year since I blogged on movies, I’ve seen a lot of good movies though, now that I am at it again, the past 12 months I can consider above flicks as my (personal) best films watched. Most may not agree, why no blockbuster films such as the Avengers, or the Hunger Games, or even Andrew Stanton first live-action film (his waterloo) — the bombed John Carter, or the other Taylor Kitsch box-office disappointment the Transformer’s pseudo-inspired Battleship, or the critics applauded animated films such as the Lorax (which I have yet to see). Of the four films I enjoyed The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo most while eagerly waits for the back-to-back sequel in 2014 – The Girl Who Played with Fire and The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest. Rooney Mara surprised critics with her performance and even upstaged co-star Daniel Craig in yet another David Fincher epic film.
